Missing in America organization helps search for Lauren Dumolo

CAPE CORAL

On Saturday, the Missing in America was in Cape Coral to assist in the search for Lauren Dumolo. This comes after Lauren’s sister, Lindsey, reached out to them for help.

Missing in America used a metal detector and an underwater drone at Four Freedoms Park in Cape Coral in an effort to find some clues.

Joe Fanciulli is a retired homicide investigator, and he assisted in Saturday’s search. He says that while the area has been searched multiple times, there are changing factors here.

“As water continues to move here, especially with storm action that’s occurred since Lauren went missing, wasn’t something can pop up that wasn’t there a week ago,” said Fanciulli.

Missing in America says they plan to search even more areas, including ones that weren’t searched previously.

If you’d like to contact Missing in America for any case, you can do so by calling their tip line at 855-746-0846. You can remain anonymous, and you can send texts and pictures in addition to voicemails to that number.
